Pollsters could have missed it; yet Nostradamus might have known a thing or two about the recent presidential elections, according to some conspiracy theorists. Many followers claim that Nostradamus predicted Donald Trump would win 2016 U.S. Is it true that the French prophet prophesied the billionaire Trump become the next president of the United States? Let’s find out now!
As you already know, Nostradamus (Michel de Nostradame) is a French apothecary who lived in the 16th century. He was to have the ability to see into the future, and has been credited with accurate predictions of the collapse of the World Trade Center (9/11 terror attack in 2001), the rise of Hitler and Napoleon, as well as the great fire of London. Interestingly, relating to the 2016 US Presidential Election, the believers of Nostradamus’s prophecies claim the great seer to have predicted the unexpected victory of the Republican candidate, Donald Trump.
Some reports also state that Nostradamus foresaw an ordering of a military operation which alludes to Trump as commander-in-chief of the US armed forces. Much worse, he believed Trump’s presidency would start World War III. How could a person lived about 500 years ago prophesy events occurring in the future? Read on to know how credible his prophecies are?
Proof Nostradamus Predicted Donald Trump President
It’s always good to have a certain understanding about Nostradamus. Our French apothecary, Nostradamus (1503 – 1566), was believed to have been able to predict future world events. Crediting much of his visions to astrology, meditation, and possibly flame gazing, he described what he saw in the form of Quatrains, organizing them into Centuries and publishing all in his famous book, Les Propheties (aka Les Propheties) in the year 1555. The prophet has been credited with foretelling every major tumultuous historical event in the past 450 years.
He is the only philosopher that predicted exactly the first two of three Antichrists – Napoleon and Adolf Hitler – and the two World Wars. A recent analysis based on several of his ancient quatrains has some believing he has also indeed foresaw the billionaire-turned-realty Donald Trump would gain victory in the 2016 presidential election. Really, did Nostradamus predict Donald Trump?
The Republican candidate who emerged victorious from the recent election campaign has stirred a great deal of controversy among American netizens. Conspiracy theorists now partially accept what Nostradamus, via his writings, has warned about this long ago as true. Believe it or not, some of his past predictions have come true. As per the fans of the French seer, who published his collection of prophecies, in the middle of the 16th century, Trump’s victory is prophesied in Century III, Quatrain 81. He wrote:
“The great shameless, audacious bawler will be elected governor of the army.
The boldness of his contention.
The bridge broken,
The city faint from fear.”
Nostradamus reportedly predicted that Trump would win the election over Clinton. Of course, the description of “great shameless, audacious bawler” is none other than Trump, the freshman of the White House.
“The false trumpet concealing madness.
Will cause Byzantium to change its laws.
From Egypt there will go forth a man who wants
The edict withdrawn, changing money and standards.”
What the 16th century prophet wrote in Century I, 40 seems to support the idea that Trump will emerge victoriously. While he clearly mentioned Byzantium and Egypt, his fans strongly believe that it actually applies to the US now, with the recent wave of refugees coming through Greece. Actually, Trump, during his campaign, made great waves due to his view and comment on immigration; that’s why the theorists may have found a link.
“At forty-five degrees the sky will burn,
Fire to approach the great new city:
In an instant a great scattered flame will leap up,
When one will want to demand proof of the Normans.”
This is maybe one of the most horrifying verses yet. Nostradamus’s Century VI, Quatrain 97 contain some of the most chilling info possibly pertaining to the more-than-successful businessman Trump. “At forty-five degrees” could be interpreted as a direct reference to Donald Trump soon to be inaugurated as the 45th President of the United States. The phrase “fire to approach the great new city: In an instant a great scattered flame will leap up” means missiles, an atomic explosion, or a nuclear holocaust, which would lead to “the sky will burn.”
Not yet, “when one will want to demand proof of the Normans” could indicate a false flag event in which such an attack would be blamed on foreign powers, but instigated or committed by others.
“Overburdened he will not pass the gate;
He will speak with such great fury and rage;
To fire and blood,
He will consign the entire sex”
Nostradamus’ followers are unanimous that the seer gave prophecies assuring that Trump’s presidency will end in failure. The alleged evidence for what Nostradamus foresaw the fresh president’s failure is all in Century V, Quatrain 60. He, in addition, pointed out Trump could trigger a catastrophic nuclear war come after won the 2016 general election on November 8.
If Nostradamus prediction of 2016 US election is true, it means the World War III is just around the corner. Studying Nostradamus’ prophecies, World War III is described as apocalyptic aftermath – it would break out between two major powers and last for a whopping 27 years. The war would coincide with a comet appearing in the sky, bringing great violence, natural disasters, and nuclear combat. Moreover, the Bulgarian psychic Baba Vanga has also predicted that the third World War is upon us and the end of the world is near.
For conspiracy theorists, Trump’s vision for America seems to lend credibility to the claim because the newly elected president desires to increase the number of active duty soldiers to 540,000, the US Air Force jet battalion to 1,200, and the strength of the Navy to 350 vessels. He also has a plan purchasing temporary destroyers to counter threats from North Korea and Iran.
About Nostradamus Predicted Donald Trump Would Win 2016 U.S., what do you think? Will Trump either, as he stated, make America great again or lead his people to the terrifying war? The only answer is time – be patient and see what he will do during his first 4-year presidential term.
